She is the most patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful realtor I've ever worked with. I have complete trust in her opinions and recommendations. We ended up buying our home "sight unseen" after a face time call with Kari and have zero regrets! She walked us through everything, used a great inspector, and oversaw so much prior to our arrival. Kari also has amazing contacts for any services you may need! We had a move in cleaning, carpet cleaning, ceiling fans hung, the entire house painted, and handyman services all through companies recommended by Kari.
