Kari was fantastic to work with for my move. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and found homes that matched my expectations in the neighborhoods I was hoping for. She was incredibly responsive, organized, and proactive throughout the entire process. Kari coordinated seamlessly with the lender and title company and made sure I stayed on track all the way through closing. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience and highly recommend her!

Kari and team serve us well in selling our home. We have known Kari for some time and is a good friend. She lived up to her reputation as a top real estate agent by her knowledge, pricing homes to sell, and attention to every detail in selling our home. I have known Kari a very long time and was very happy having her as my agent. She was very responsive and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about Kari McGregor as both a realtor and a friend. Selling our house was a huge decision, and from start to finish, she made the process smooth, efficient, and even enjoyable. She handled every detail with professionalism, patience, and deep market knowledge—everything from pricing strategy to negotiating the final offer was top notch. What really stood out was the personal care she brought to the experience. I never felt like just another client—she always had time for my questions, provided honest feedback, and kept me informed every step of the way. Thanks to Kari, our house sold quickly and at a price we were really happy with. I’m so grateful for the guidance and support throughout the entire process. If you’re looking to buy or sell, do yourself a favor and call Kari - you won’t regret it.

I have now used the services of Kari McGregor as my realtor twice as a buyers agent. Both times have been outstanding! She knows her business and this last purchase closed in about 3 weeks, from initial contract offer to close date. Even with all the twists and turns of a typical real estate transaction, Kari communicated regularly and kept me in the loop as well as set up necessary inspections through her network. I would highly recommend her as your realtor. Very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced!

Our house sold in one day! Having Kari as our realtor was a huge asset! From start to finish her advice and professionalism were such a help. She is very knowledgeable about the Ballantyne area and the market…..we loved working (and selling!) with Kari. And to top off the experience, the Closing Girls were with us every step of the way after the sale. If you are planning to buy or sell, give Kari a call! You won’t be disappointed!

Kari McGregor was a fantastic agent! She helped my find a new home and sell my current home all in a 6-week period. She was an excellent negotiator on my behalf and was able to get both parties to agree to close on the same day, making my life so much easier. She took care of a lot of the little details especially when it came to inspection reports and getting work done. I could not have done it without her.
